Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a modern and clean design with a convenient location in the heart of Tbilisi, perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The room layout, though minimal, lacked room service and had a somewhat awkward configuration with the toilet separated at the end of the room from the washbasin and shower. However, the service was top-notch and very professional, exceeding a 5-star standard with friendly staff and a nice view from the room.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms smelled terrible of cigarette smoke, but they were large and spacious with a queen-size bed. The service was a bit slow overall, but Jacek was exceptionally helpful with opening the pool. The location was excellent, overlooking Rose Revolution Square and the Mtkvari River, although the entrance resembled a dirty casino. The dining options were varied and good quality, but some felt they weren't worth the price. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel offers a Junior Suite with a tolerable quality, though some refreshment could elevate it to meet the 5-star standard. The corner rooms are comfortable with good views.
The hotel rooms were spacious and looked gorgeous, but unfortunately, they lacked hot water and had the worst sofas for a 5-star property. The service, though helpful when we requested a room change, seemed under pressure and rarely had a smile. The location offered wonderful views and was perfect for relaxation, but small maintenance issues in the bathroom were noticeable. The dining experience was very poor despite specifically asking for a healthy option. However, the facility had a roof-top Sky Bar with lovely views.
The hotel offers great views and a wide variety of breakfast choices. The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with a queen-size bed. Staff, especially George, was exceptionally helpful. However, some shortcomings were observed in service quality.
